2.1. To process and deliver your orders, including digital downloads and print-on-demand items.
- All illustrations are original works by Khwezi Mgoduka.
- Customers purchasing digital downloads receive a license for personal use only. Resale, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
- Print-on-demand items are produced by third-party vendors; shipping times and fees may vary by region.
2.1. Creative Services
- Business services (e.g., logo design, web design) will include credit to Khwezi Mgoduka for StatikVerse as the creator, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Payments and Taxes
3.1. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal through SureCart.
3.2 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Print-on-Demand Items
- Refunds or replacements are available for defective or damaged items; photographic evidence is required with timestamps. The following photos would be required:
- Timestamped photo or video of receiving order
- Timestamped photo or video of opening order
- Timestamped photo or video detailing defect and/or damage
- Returns are not accepted for items ordered in error or due to buyer remorse.
4.2 Digital Download
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
4.3 Services
- Refunds are only offered for services not yet started or for cancellations made within 7 days of payment.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All illustrations, digital downloads, and designs remain the intellectual property of Khwezi Mgoduka for StatikVerse
5.2. Clients purchasing creative services receive a limited license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
5.3. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of artwork or deliverables is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
6.1. kayepi.pro, Khwezi Mgoduka and StatikVerse are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or factors beyond our control.
6.2. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1. Khwezi Mgoduka for StatikVerse reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any updates.
